Country Welfare Manager
The Country Welfare Manager is a Church Service Missionary Position. He is invited to serve by the Area Presidency.
He oversees Welfare Operations throughout Australia and reports to the Service Centre Manager. He oversees LDS Employment Resource Centres, Humanitarian Projects, Emergency Response, Perpetual Education Fund and assists LDS Family Service as requested.

The Employment Resource Services Manager supervises and provides support to the Employment Resource Centres (ERC) that are staffed by missionaries and volunteers.

Welfare Operations
Provides Employment Resource Centres (ERC) to support church leaders in their efforts to help members:
- Find new jobs or improve their current employment
- Develop their careers through education and training
- Start or improve a small business

LDS Family Services
Provides support to LDS Family Services by providing training resources to Priesthood Leaders.
Humanitarian Services
Oversees humanitarian activities within Australia. Assists local Priesthood Leaders by providing training and facilitates the process with the Area Office of Church Funded humanitarian projects.

Provide Welfare Training
Provides training and resources to welfare leaders in stakes and districts when requested by local priesthood leaders.
Emergency Response
In conjunction with the Service Centre Manager, the Country Welfare Manager will oversee response within a country. He will provide support and coordinate assistance to priesthood leaders and members within the affected area. He is a member of the service centre emergency response committee.
When invited he provides emergency response resources and training to priesthood and welfare leaders.
